Gordon Analytic Web Site Goes Live on the Internet
Employee Benefits firm uses ActiveEdge to create an interactive online presence

Nashua, NH – Gordon Analytic, a Waltham, MA based employee benefits brokerage firm, announced the introduction of their web site to the World Wide Web. The firm worked with Nashua, NH based marketing firm, ActiveEdge, to bring their site from concept to completion.

The site was created to address two different objectives. The first was to create an informational site that could be used to disseminate information and function as a marketing tool. The second was to provide a level of online customer service for Gordon Analytic clients.

The creative strategy ActiveEdge developed was to create an organized, clean and easily navigable site where stability and strength was reinforced through the consistent use of content and straight forward design. The simplicity of the site’s navigation further streamlined the content into identifiable and understandable bits of information. The conservative color pallet reinforced the solid reputation of Gordon Anayltic in their industry.

ActiveEdge’s technical strategy was to recommend Gordon Analytic use an Application Service Provider (ASP), 4mybenefits.com, to manage their customers’ account information. Automated customer account management also provided the means to extend account manageability to the customers directly through an online client extranet. ActiveEdge programmed the site to allow clients to log onto the site, get linked to the ASP, and check and manage the status of their accounts, independent of working with a representative. “The online availability of information and interactivity has greatly improved client communication for Gordon Analytic” says Deepak Gursahaney, ActiveEdge Principal and Chief Technology Officer. “It adds an entirely new layer of client responsiveness that didn’t exist before.”

The web site was launched the first week in July and has experienced significant traffic.
